Tap Into Your Inner Strength

Happy Workout Wednesday Thursday! Sorry it took so long to get this week’s workout to you. But at last, here it is. This week’s focus – strength and inflammation. As discussed in the newsletter and in the Raw Deal, inflammation causes acidity in the body. Acidity causes disease. When we exercise too much, and push too hard, we actually create more inflammation in the body, rather than build health.

If we add a little resistance, push past our comfort zone just a step or two, and exercise at just the right intensity, we can decrease acidity and strengthen our body’s resistance to diseases. In addition to strengthening our body, we can also tap into our inner strength. Our inner strength is the strength and power we keep deep within use that we can learn to tap into anytime we feel the need.

Give the Energy Flow Sculpt workout a try. Find the strength that resides within you. Tap into it, feel empowered, feel strong. All you need is a mat and some light weights (3lbs or less). It’s big ranges of motion, awareness, and connection to your inner self.

Check it out on YouTube and Pinterest. Leave a comment below and let me know your favorite way to find your inner strength and reduce inflammation. For more on these topics, sign up for the newsletter!

Peace and love,

Jessi
