Exercise to Energize

You know the drill. Wake up early, head to work, leave tired, head to the gym, and feel more energized than before! Wait – what? What do you meant the gym makes you tired? What do you mean you loft/run/workout until exhaustion? Are you saying after the gym all you can do is go home, sit on the couch, nuke a frozen dinner/grab fast-food, and watch TV? Is there was a better way?

Well, lucky for you there is. Today’s work out (and this week really) is all about tuning into your body and feeling more energized. When we eat foods that nourish us and workout to nourish us, we feel more energized, less exhausted, and we can get more shit stuff done. The key is to find an exercise you love, and move the body with awareness – focus, concentrate, and make functional movements.

In this quick Energy Flow workout, you’ll move big muscle groups as well as stabilize through the smaller groups. You’ll feel the heart rate and breath grow stronger, but you won’t feel exhausted. When you finish, you’ll feel better than when you started.

I’m extremely impressed with your writing skills and also with the layout on your weblog. Is this a paid theme or did you modify it yourself? Either way keep up the excellent quality writing, it is rare to see a great blog like this one today..
