DIY Popsicles

It’s non-officially Summertime! The weather is heating up and the sun is shining. It’s beach weather all around. As you head outside this weekend, for beaches, picnics, and times spent with loved ones, why not make something to help cool you off? Popsicles!

This is one of the easiest recipes around. For me, the hard part was trying to get them out of the container after they froze.

I have been wanting popsicle holders since last summer, but couldn’t find them anywhere. I debated about buying some online, but never hit the “buy now” button. I thought about it again recently, and debated about whether or not I should purchase them. Then I walked into Target and BOOM, there they were, sitting on a shelf with no other popsicle holders to be seen. The universe had spoken – I was to own Popsicle holders πŸ™‚
