Sometimes, in the pursuit of clean, healthy eating, we forget that simple ingredients and meals that come together in a matter of a few minutes are not only possibly, but very easy to do. If you keep you ingredients pure and whole, you don’t have to do much to make them into a meal.
That’s why I love avocados. You can top them on just about anything and your meal feels more complete and more satisfying.
We have been digging the avocado toast lately, but we have also been working out and working out in the heat lately. Which call for a little more pizzaz to the usual toast.
Avocado Tomato Toast:
A simple and delicious breakfast or lunch to please your tastebuds and keep you satisfied.
2 slice sprouted grain bread
1 avocado, sliced
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp nutritional yeast
Toast your bread, spread 1/2 tomato paste on each piece, add 1/2 avocado to each and sprinkle with nutritional yeast. It;s super easy and super tasty.
