Happy Wednesday Workout! You’ve made it half way through the work week, which means it’s a great time to take a break, regroup, and find some energy to get you through until the weekend!

Enter the Barre Series.

Today is week 5 of the Barre Series, which means this is the final video! In this video we will focus on lengthening the legs through a series of kicks around the hip. You’ll need a chair, a mat, and a positive attitude πŸ˜‰

Remember to keep the core engaged, the leg lengthened, and your mind focused.
