Weekly Workout: Energy Flow Power Series Week 2

Happy Workout Day!

Today we will continue to our powerful total body workout in the Energy Flow Power Series. This is one of my absolute favorite ways to workout and has completely changed the way I focus and strengthen during my workouts. Not only are these Powerful moves designed to work your body head to toe, but they are also designed to help you feel MORE energized post-workout than pre-workout.
