Morning Energizers Week 4

Here we are, in week 4 of the morning energizer series. I can’t believe it! February is almost over and next month we will be headed into a detox series through our healthy tips and exercises. But for now, back to the morning routines…

There are some mornings when you might wake up and feel sluggish, tired, or foggy-headed. For me, this was one of those days. I was up late with sick animals, slept past the time I usually do, and felt all kinds of foggy. Or you might wake up and feel ready to go, refreshed, and enlivened. No matter how you feel when you wake up, there is always something you  can do to help your system work at an optimal level and keep you energized throughout the day.

This month features four techniques that will help energize you in the morning and get you ready for the day ahead. Last week I shared with you to hydrate each morning, and previously I shared my favorite way two energizing exercises, as well as two awakening and restoring breathing techniques to help you wake up and get moving. Today’s video features a few tweaks to help you kickstart your day your way. These tweaks and tips take virtually no additional time, because they are simple changes that you can make to your already existent routine. In addition, I’ve got a few things you can do before you head to bed and right when you wake up to help you feel refreshed in the AM.
