Detox Yoga Week One: Sun Salutations

Spring is almost here! Get ready for warmer weather, fresh produce, and lots of time outside. And for all of this – you’ll need to feel your best and most energized, which might just mean you need a little Spring Cleaning – for your body, mind, and soul. In the weekly health tips this month, I’ll be giving you a few tweaks you can make to start “cleaning up” your act. And for your fitness routine, I’ll be sharing with you some of my favorite yoga detox programs – all of which can stream together for one full-length Detox Yoga program.

We’ll start this week with Sun Salutations, the basis of a flowing Detox Practice. It will connect you to your breath, warm up your body, and move your spine in all directions to help you twist and fold a little deeper in the later portion of the practice. Get ready to move and flow this week! Sweating, and maybe smiling, are encouraged πŸ˜‰
