Roasted Chickpeas

A great snack, salad topping, or side dish.
Ingredients
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • sprinkle sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Drain and rinse can of chickpeas.
  3. Spread chickpeas onto a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  5. Roast for 20 minutes until crispy and brown.
