Happy Workout Wednesday! Today I have a special edition for you! So, I have been busy behind the scenes writing articles and …filming exercise videos! Not just for this site, but for a few bigger sites. Yikes times a million!
Last week, the videos were published. They are all related to working out in some variation, so I thought I would share one of them with you this week. It’s all about the core in this video. Although it focuses on the upper abs, your lower back and lower abdominal muscles will get a great workout as well! This is a short clip that gives YOU the power to create the workout that’s right for you.
Now here’s the thing, just because you are going to workout at home and use your own creative juices to put a few exercises together, it doesn’t give you a pass to take it easy. Remember to ask yourself this very important question, from a fellow yoga teacher, “I am cheating myself?“. If you take it easy or take a break, are you being true to you or are you taking the easy way out? Breaks are great, we all need them and we all should take them, but make sure that you are ready for one and not just talking yourself out of making some major, empowering breakthroughs in your fitness!
