I am so excited/honored/grateful/full-of-emotions and happy to announce (finally!) these Award-Winning Sweet Potato Fries.
Back in November, I entered into the BetterRecipes.com monthly contest. The category was appetizers, and I entered Coconut Sweet Potato Fries and with a Creamy Cashew Cinnamon Sauce. The recipe is vegan, gluten-free, and quite healthy as far as apps go.
If you remember, I sent out a few posts on Facebook, I tweeted, I posted here on the blog, and I even shared on Pinterest. And many of you voted each and every day. And because of YOU – I won the Reader’s Choice Award!
