Weekly Workout: Energy Flow Power Series Week 3

It’s a snow/ice day here! Which means it’s the perfect time for an at home, heat building Snow Day workout! 

We are in shut down mode all over the state, which means no gyms, studios, or clubs are open today. And if you are looking to get your workout in or to just get out from under a pile of blankets, an online workout might be the perfect thing. You can try sites such as MyYogaOnline, YogaDownload, Barre 3, or EllenBarrett.com (just let them know I sent you), or even try streaming through amazon.com. Or you can head to YouTube and try some of your favorites workout channels/styles/teachers there, including stopping by The House of Healthy channel to subscribe and try out this weeks energizing workout 😉

This week is the third in the Energy Flow Power Series workout – a series of total body, functional workouts that can be done in under 10 minutes. These workouts are a unique blend of yoga, Pilates, and barre, interlaced with elements of aerobics.  It will heat you up, get you moving off the couch, and energize you while integrating everything from head to toe.

It’s the perfect way to heat up on a cold and snowy day!
