The past few weeks have been a bit surreal. If you’ve been following on Facebook or Instagram, you probably know why. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I have quite a few projects lined up that I am excited to share with you, and you’ll start to see some of these trickling out soon. These all hit and came together around the same time that one very big project finally was released – my first book, Detox 101.
I received my personal copies before the release and was able to share a few sneak peeks at the content, as well as finally see it in print and share it with my classes. It was crazy and a little strange to see myself and my words on the pages. I’ve been staring at these words and pictures for over a year, so to me, it was “just me”.
Then it started to become even more real. A few days before the official release, online stores started shipping out copies of Detox 101 and my inbox, texts, and Facebook were filled with pictures of people who had received their copy of the book. On February 3rd, the official release date, I headed to Barnes and Noble to check out the copies they received. They had received one copy and asked me to sign it for their “local authors” display.
A few days later, more copies landed in all the stores and on the shelves. Detox 101 is now found in the “Health” section at Barnes and Noble. If you can’t find it near you, request a few copies and they can order a batch.
Detox 101 is a 21 day plan to get you living a healthy lifestyle full of energy and abundance, not deprivation. It is fun, accessible to all, and full of inspiration and support to keep you going throughout the 21 Days. It includes exercise plans and routines, meal plans and recipes, and 21 daily routines and guides. And before you get started, it fully explains what a detox is, why it works, and how to do it. After you finish, there is a chapter on how to exit the program and where to go next.
In honor of the official release, I would love to have you join me for a free 21-Day program via email and Facebook. If you have the book already this is the perfect way to start the program with a little extra help. If you don’t have the book yet, but are curious, this is a great sneak peek at what you’ll get once you receive it.
Some of you may have joined in on the last round and might be wondering “Will I get anything out of it?”. The answer: most likely, yes, and definitely worth a try. This round will be amped up a bit and will include some printable handouts to go along with the programs in Detox 101.
Here is what you’ll get from this free program:
21 days of emails to help guide you through each day
Printable exercise and meal plans
Access to the private Facebook support group
Daily recipes, poses, and workout tips (featuring a few video and recipe links)

PS I wouldn’t be able to do what I do if it wasn’t for my certification through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. This Health Coaching program gave me the knowledge and experience I needed to create this blog and this book, but also the tools to actually write a book and build a business. From now through February 14th, they are offering a HUGE discount on tuition.
