Cut a butternut squash in half, scoop out the seeds, and place face down in a roasting pan with enough water to cover the pan. Roast until you can pierce with a fork. It usually takes about 35-40 minutes. You can do this ahead of time and store in the refrigerator.
In a large bowl, combine flour, water, and baking powder. Mix and knead it together with your hands until it forms a ball of dough, It should be dry, but not flaky. Sprinkle a little flour on your pizza sheet and roll out onto your pizza stone/sheet. Pop in the oven for 15 minutes and get your toppings ready.
Once your crust is finished, remove from the oven. Top with 1 tbsp olive oil and spread it over the crust. Add your sauce and mozzarella. Top with your kale and butternut squash. Add your goat cheese rounds. Place back in oven for another 12 minutes. Slice into 4-6 pieces, depending on how big you like your pieces.
