3 Ingredient Chocolate Fudge

Hello! And Happy soon-to-be Thanksgiving! I am busy today rushing around to get food cooked, the kitchen cleaned, and bags packed to head to Atlanta for the holiday. If you are anything like me, you need a few quick and easy can-pass-for-gourmet desserts to bring with you. Over the weekend, I hosted a baby shower for one of my best friends. She made some amazing cookies, and I made some pretty tasty (vegan) snacks. I also made some pretty problematic chocolate fondue. If you left the flame lit underneath it to keep it melted, it started to smoke. If you turned it off, it hardened. I decided to eat it anyway, and realized I had possibly  accidentally made fudge. Yesterday, I woke up and set my mind to experiment with fudge making. The results were y-u-m-m-y! And super easy. So if you are looking for a quick Thanksgiving recipe to “wow” your friends and family, try this one, it’s only 3 ingredients!

3 Ingredients Chocolate Fudge

A great recipe to make before you go to bed or before you head to work as it takes quite awhile to set in the fridge.

1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup chocolate soy milk

sea salt to sprinkle

Set up a  double boiler to melt the chocolate chips. remember to stir often to prevent sticking. When they first start to melt, add in the soy milk and continue to stir. If the mixture seems really thick or very thin, add more chocolate chips or liquid as needed. Grease a bread loaf pan and pour mixture into pan. Sprinkle the top with sea salt and place in fridge to harden for approximately 8 hours. Voila! Fudge! (the least attractive food to photograph, haha)

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Peace and love,

Jessi
