It’s a Wrap!

I know you’ve been wondering. You’ve been patiently waiting. Hoping that someday soon, I would answer your most burning question – what is that delicious looking wrap in the photographs with the sweet potato fries?

Well, ask and you shall receive!

This is one of my favorite go to lunches – I make it at home and often order it when I’m out to lunch. It’s simple, mostly raw, gluten free, and full of tasty goodness. That’s right – tasty goodness.

Honestly, this one takes about 2 minutes to put together – the hardest part is the chopping and possible peeling,

Hearty Hummus Wrap

1 brown rice wrap

1 tbsp hummus

1/4 avocado

1/2 carrot, sliced lengthwise

1/2 cucumber, sliced lengthwise, seeds removed

1/8 red onion

2 romaine lettuce leaves

Warm brown rice wrap on stove until able to fold easily. Spread hummus on wrap. Stack veggies and avocado in wrap. Roll it up, slice in half, and serve.  Super easy. Super tasty.
