Detox programs and cleanses can be a wonderful way to kickstart digestion, lose weight, and feel recharged. You may have heard that there is a specific time of year to detox. Or that there is a specific way to detox. But what happens if you are wanting to do a cleanse and it’s not the “right” time of year. How do you know when it’s the right time to do a detox? What is the best time of year to cleanse? And why does it matter?
