What is a health coach?
A Health Coach is your personal guide on your journey back to health.
You have the tools within you to lead and live a vibrant, healthy life, filled with energy and passion. Somewhere along the lines, this may have become buried. As a health coach, I will work with you to uncover these tools and bring you back to your true nature.
As a Health Coach, I am here to help you meet all of your health goals in a variety of ways. Through online Fast Track programs, one-on-one power sessions, private yoga classes, or group workshops, I’ve got exactly what you need to regain your health and recharge your energy!

Health Coaching Programs:
21-Day Detox Programs: These seasonal detox programs are offered 3-4 times a year to help support your body and mind as the seasons change. Whether you are looking to shed some winter pounds, energize in the spring, cool down for the summer, or recharge for the fall, I’ve got the tools you need to simply but effectively start off each season on the right foot. Each program will be tailored to the needs of the season and will include daily guidance.
28-Days to a Healthier You: This is a no gimmick, no deprivation, clean-eating online program to help you re-energize and revive your health and happiness. In this 4 week program, you’ll focus on eating “clean” – whole, unprocessed foods from ALL foods groups with no deprivation, no diets, and no gimmicks. You’ll also spend time taking care of YOU through exercise videos, self-care activities, journaling, and meditation. Nothing scary, just plenty of opportunities to recharge your system on all levels. After this program, you’ll be set in your ways – your new healthy ways! – with all the tools you need to live the healthy, happy life you deserve!
12-week Fast Track to Health Online Program: Looking to make changes but have a super busy schedule? Want to work with me but live far away?Want guided support throughout your breakthrough with the flexibility to work around your schedule? Then this program is for you.
In my 12-week signature program, you’ll not only learn, how to break through old patterns to start leading the healthy, vibrant, energetic life you were meant to live! I’ll provide you with weekly exercises and tips to help you learn about the food, exercise, and lifestyle habits that can help you make lifelong changes, without overwhelming you. If you have any questions throughout the program, I’ll be available via phone,or email to help you with your challenges along the way. This program is usually worth over $1000, but I’m offering it to you, so you can start making changes today, at only $699. Start living your healthy, vibrant life today!
6 month total wellness program: This is it. The BIG one. The one you’ve been looking for. The one that connects you back to your health and restores your energythrough one-on-one sessions. This is THE program to find deep, lasting changes in your overall health. It’s not just about calories in, calories out. It’s about what you eat, how you eat, how you move your body, and your outlook on life. Through this program you will dive deep down to strengthen not only what you feed your body, but what you feed your thoughts, relationships, and soul. You’ll cut through the blocks that have been stopping you and you’ll feel supported and connected throughout the program. Whether you are just beginning your road to health, or you’ve been working on it for years, this is the one for you. Sessions meet twice a month for 6 months.

You’ll have enough time and support to implement the changes, without feeling overwhelmed. This program is worth well over $2000, but is currently being offered for just $300/month. Payment plans are available. Distance Coaching is available for all of those outside of Charleston, SC area.
Workshops and Private Sessions:
Specialized Nutrition Workshop: Wanting to learn about overall healthy eating or even about a specific food trend or diet? Then you need a Nutrition Workshop. Workshops can be tailored to meet your groups needs. Examples include Foods to Energize, Beat the Sugar Blues, Plant-Based Foods, and Detoxifying Foods and Drinks.
Groups of 5 or more, free for host, $15-20 per person(depending on location, number of participants, and length of time), in the hosts home, nearby location, or online.
Private Yoga Classes: Yoga is a practice that teaches us to become more aware of our bodies and the connections within. The yoga practice teaches us proper alignment of our spine and how to use the body to move and protect the spine. When done properly, and with a skilled teacher, this practice can help you achieve results for life.
Private Yoga Lessons can help you achieve your individual goals by tailoring your yoga practice to your specific needs. Each session, the instructor can modify and build upon your body’s needs to help you achieve your goals faster and safer. Private yoga can help you deepen your already established practice and help you stick that pose that has been eluding you. Private practice is also a fantastic way to help you get started with yoga. You’ll be introduced to common poses and the poses that work best for your needs, as well as how to get in and out of them. Private yoga is great for working through injuries, growing into a group class, and strengthening your home practice. The biggest, most sustainable changes often occur in this type of setting. $50-75 per session, session last from 60-90 minutes. Distance yoga available for those outside the Charleston, SC area.
Semi-Private Yoga classes: Want a private class at a lower cost? Want to feel supported and practice with people at a similar level? Are you looking for a fun Girls Night activity? Semi-Private classes are just for you! Schedule a group of 3-7 people, in your home, at a nearby location, or online, and let’s starting moving and feeling great. Group of at least 3 people, $10-20 per person(depending on group size and length of class), free for the host. Sessions last from 60-90 minutes.
*This is great for bachelorette parties, bridal luncheons, or wedding day bliss.
