Happy Short Work/School Week! I don’t know about you, but I always have the hardest time getting back into the swing of things after a holiday. I never know what day it is, what my work schedule is, or where I’m supposed to be. Reminiscing about the holiday always helps!

We played with our super easy, super fun new lawnmower! This took all of 10 mintues for the front and back yard. And isn;t he such a cutie ๐

We splurged and had sprouted grain Vagen bagels, vegan cream cheese, green juice, and strawberries for breakfast. Oh. So. Good.

We tried Vegan Scallops! Soy-Free, gluten-free, and, of course, vegan! They were so good! Not homemade, this is WAY beyond me! They were Sophie’s brand.

A tiny bit of our veggie feast. These are awesome hemp and sage veggie burgers on sprouted grain buns,. We also had (hidden under the plates) sweet potato fries, tofu ribs, and grilled veggies. So good. So full.
Hope your weekend was just as fantastic! How do you like to celebrate long weekends and holidays? What are some of your favorite veggie treats and indulgences?
Peace and Love,
Jessi
