Happy Wednesday Workout! I can’t believe it’s already October and time for pumpkins, spices, and spooky costumes. This is my favorite time of year, leading right up into the holidays. And it always seems to sneak up on me e-v-e-r-y year. And you know what else has snuck up on me?
It’s already Week 4 of the Barre Series! That means there is only one more after this week. Holy moly, that went by fast!
This week, we slow things down a bit and stretch as we strengthen with some yoga-inspired barre moves. Never done yoga before or it’s not your thing? No worries, this is still a barre class, it’s just sprinkled with a few yoga-inspired moves. So get ready to pulse, tone, and lift!
PS You’ll also need a small ball, pillow, yoga block, or foam roller for this exercise. If you don’t have any of these, no worries, just follow along 🙂
