Detox Series Week Two: 5 Minute Stress Blaster

Have you ever felt in the flow, in the moment, like everything is going right? And then BAM – something comes along to stress you out and pull you out of that bliss-filled state. When you are on a detox and starting to live a healthy, happy life, you just might start to notice these moments of bliss come along quite often. And while this is, well, blissful, it can also make those stressful times feel even worse. Or maybe, you are just getting into this detox you life, Spring Cleaning thing, and life is generally pretty stressful.
