On Tuesday nights, I make my smoothie or juice for Wednesday Breakfast. Wednesday is my busy morning, where I won’t be home until well after breakfast. I also know that I won’t wake up in time to make my breakfast before I leave (so not a morning person!) so I make it the night before…And I usually forget until right before I go to sleep.
This was the case again this week.
We were running low on juicing produce and I knew I would be subbing a class, so I wanted something that would be a little hardier. I looked around and found a few ingredients for a pretty tasty breakfast. Maybe even more appropriate as a dessert 😉
Vanilla Mango Shake:
Dessert, breakfast, or a delicious treat
1 cup Frozen Mango
2 Frozen Bananas
¼ cup Vanilla Soy Yogurt (coconut or almond yogurt may work too)
1/4 – 1/2 cup hemp (almond works too) milk
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Use the liquid sparingly, you want this to be smooth – thicker than a smoothie, more like a milkshake.
Enjoy for dessert or breakfast treat!
