I had so much fun with the Barre Series, that I thought I’d create a few bonus features for you!
Today, I’ll share with you a bonus Barre video, featuring powerful plies and squats you can do AWAY from the barre. You’ll get the same sculpting, lengthening, an d toning of your regular barre workouts, but with the added challenge of being away from the barre.
In addition to this, I’ve set up a playlist featuring all 6 barre videos. You can play each of them separately for brief energizing moments throughout your day OR you can watch the entire playlist at once for a full-length barre video.
