12 Guilt-Free Comfort Foods You’ll Crave

Comfort Foods CollageWhat a crazy few weeks this has been! Most days I am busy writing, blogging, taking pics, teaching classes, but lately, this have picked up quite a bit.

Detox 101 was officially released (I’ll be sharing more with you next week) and I have been planning some events, as well as getting messages, texts, and posts from everyone who has received their copies. It is so fun and amazing to see all the excitement about it. If you haven’t ordered a copy, but would like one, you can order it here.

I have also been working on my new site, JessiAndricks.com, where I share non-food and exercise ways to get healthy. This is a completely separate site and newsletter, where I feature the 21 Days to Flourish program and a weekly, actionable blog post with some health coaching techniques. I also have a fun #tbt segment with some posts from here and other publications I’ve written for. Running both sites has been busy, but so much fun.

And on top of that, I have a few more projects I am cooking up over here on The House of Healthy. I can’t share all of them with you just yet, which is so incredibly hard for me, but I can share one super fun one with you today.

I have teamed up with Foodie.com to showcase 12 of my favorite “Comfort Food” recipes – you know, the ones that you need on a cold night, when you feel tired, or when you just need a little extra comfort. Comfort foods often get a bad rap as being unhealthy and full of the “wrong” ingredients. Luckily, the 12 in this showcase are guilt-free comfort foods, so you can eat them and feel good about it.
