Weekly Workout: Holiday Party Express Leg Workout

Happy Workout Day! We are officially only one week from Christmas and two from the New Years! And if you are anything like me, you’ve still got some shopping, some traveling, and a few festivities to go to. Your workout might seem like the one thing you can put on the back burner until the new year begins fresh. But before you do that, think about how much BETTER you will feel at each of these events, shopping sprees, and road trips if you’ve had a good workout to stretch, strengthen, and support your body and mind. 

For the next two weeks, I’ll feature some special edition holiday workouts. They will be quick, effective, and get you feeling better than you did before your workout. Next weeks video is a fun, energetic workout designed to get your heart rate up and feel as if you worked out for an hour, all in a few minutes.

This week’s workout is designed to get your legs toned for running around the store or strapping on your heels and cocktail dress for a holiday party.  Either way, this will tone, stretch, and give you a few stress free moments for the holiday.
